Charity Projects 2006
05/06/2006
Each month GoodFund has a budget
of around £10,000 for individual projects
in the North East.
Organisations and individuals can nominate a good cause in
the region for funding from £500 up
to £10,000. At regular meetings, our
trustees will review all projects received and decide which
projects can be supported.
The project has to help with one of the following:
- Children’s wellbeing
- Poverty relief
- Nature and wildlife conservation
- Community development
As the money is raised in the North East by the People's
Postcode Lottery players, the beneficiaries also have to be
based in the region.
The project has to have a clear purpose and show visible
results of the support within three months of receiving the
funding. The grant has to be administered by a UK registered
charity.
You can nominate your favourite worthwhile project by:
- Downloading
a nomination form (pdf), which you can then complete and
return to GoodFund by post or fax
- Completing the online registration
form
- Calling us on 0191 280 4349 to obtain a Nomination Form
by post
Should you require any further information, please call GoodFund
on 0191 280 4349 or email manuela@goodfund.org.
