Make a Child Smile
Make a Child Smile is the official charity of 96.6 TFM and Magic
1170mw. Their aim is to make a long term difference to a child's
future by providing medical equipment or treatment unavailable
in normal circumstances. It is unique in that it helps individuals
as well as children's charities and charitable projects.
Make a Child Smile is dedicated to helping local sick and underprivileged
children from birth to 17 years of age in Teesside, County Durham
and North Yorkshire. Hundreds of children have already benefited
from Make a Child Smile and are now leading fuller, more independent
lives.

GOODFUND GETS A BIG SMILE FROM LOCAL CHARITY
8/12/2005.
North East charity, Make a Child Smile, today received its first cheque from charity lottery organisers GoodFund at their Stockton-on-Tees offices.
GoodFund handed over a £1,106 cheque to Make a Child Smile, which helps sick and underprivileged children in the Tees Valley, County Durham and North Yorkshire.
